Accessibility
General
We strive to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities. We have invested a significant amount of resources to help ensure that its website is made easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.
Accessibility on our website
Here is a list of actions we’ve taken to make our site more accessible and in compliance with the (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) WCAG 2.0 standard.
UserWay Website Accessibility Widget
The software allows us to increase compliance with WCAG 2.0, ATAG 2.0, ADA, & Section 508 requirements.
The UserWay menu is available on every page and can be enabled by clicking the accessibility menu icon that appears in the middle left side of the page. After triggering the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for the accessibility menu to load in its entirety.
Accessibility enhancements this widget offers include:
- Keyboard navigation for non-mouse navigation
- Big cursor makes it easier to see where you are on the page
- 3 Contrast modes changes the website color scheme to make reading easier
- Bigger text
- Desaturate
- Link highlighter
- Legible fonts
- Screen Reader
WCAG 2.0 Gravity Forms plugin
Accessibility enhancements this plugin offers include:
- Wraps radio, checkbox and list (repeater) fields in a fieldset.
- Improves form validation by displaying an on-page message that describes how many errors there were in the page. The message contains a list of the form fields with the errors, a description of the error and a link to the field.
- Adds aria-describedby attributes for date and website fields – providing clear instructions for screen reader users of what format is required for the field.
- Adds aria-describedby attributes for fields that have failed validation – providing clear instructions for screen reader users of what the field error is. Description used is the default validation message for the field, or if set, the validation message for the field.
- Disables the Gravity Forms configured tabindex – this stops users from being able to tab between fields and on-page links.
- Changes links in the form body, such as field descriptions or HTML fields, so they open in a new window. A title is added or appended to any existing title for screen reader users which reads ‘this link will open in a new window’.
- Improved file upload field – wrapped in field set, clearly identifies to screen reader users if any file size of file type restrictions have been set of the field.
- Improved field instructions – if a description has been provided for the field, the field is ‘described by’ the description, using the aria-describedby attribute

Default Site Color Contrast Ratio
We have updated our sites colors and removed or enhanced background images in places to meet the WCAG 2.0 color ratio standards of 4:5:1
Disclaimer
We will continue our efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use also for those of us with disabilities.
Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on our website accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution, an editing error or potential software updates that are outside of our control (e,g, WordPress pushes an update that breaks our custom jQuery scripting).
